Terms & Conditions

The Alpha VIP Transfer team of drivers will always prioritise punctuality, although this may be affected by circumstances beyond our service, such as extreme weather conditions, road accidents or other circumstances that may temporarily block access to roads.

Alpha VIP Transfer allows for a waiting time of up to 10 minutes, free of charge. If the wait exceeds this period, the client must pay the applicable cost (the amount will be determined by the rates in force at that time).

Changes in the route to the requested destination or wait times at customer’s request (such as stops for shopping) will incur an additional charge to the contracted service, the amount being determined by the fares in force at the time.

We reserve the right to deny access to our vehicles to anyone whose behaviour poses a threat to the safety of the driver and other passengers.

Alpha VIP Transfer reserves the right to refuse access to the vehicle to intoxicated passengers and may even ask them to leave the vehicle in the event that they make it impossible to carry out the service and endanger the safety of both the passengers and driver.

Payment

Payment for services must be made using one of two options:

    1. Payment of 100% of the full amount when confirming the booking (payment via the website, bank transfer or credit card).
    2. Payment of 50% of the full amount when confirming the booking and the remaining 50% at the start of the service.

If you pay by credit or debit card, the charge on your credit card statement will show as Alpha VIP Transfer.

Services between 1:00 and 9:00 a.m. must be paid for prior to the date of service.

Cancellation and refund policy

To cancel the service, please send us an email. Once your cancellation request has been received, we will confirm it and refund the amount paid as appropriate:

    1. Cancellation is free of charge provided it is requested 72 hours before the scheduled passenger pick-up time. In such cases, Alpha VIP Transfer will refund the total amount of the booking.
    2. If the cancellation is requested 48 hours before the agreed pick-up, the client will receive a 50% refund on their booking.
    3. If the cancellation is requested 24 hours before the agreed pick-up, the client will not receive a refund on their booking.
    4. In the event of no-show at the place and time confirmed in the booking, the client will not receive a refund on their booking.

If you need to cancel your private transfer service booking, please send an email to info@alphaviptransfer.com; we will confirm and manage your request.

By confirming the booking of the service, the client and other passengers using the service, hereby accept the following conditions:

    1. The person making the booking must be one of the passengers using the service.
    2. Any possible changes in the booked service, regarding pick-up time and location, must be requested at least 24 hours before the confirmed date.
    3. Smoking, eating and drinking alcohol is not permitted in the vehicles.
    4. The number of passengers requested in the booking will be respected, and in no case may the number of people exceed the vehicle’s capacity.
    5. Alpha VIP Transfer reserves the right to cancel the booking in adverse situations and, in this case, the person who made the booking will be notified in advance.
    6. Airport pick-up services may be affected by flight delays. In these cases, the client must notify Alpha VIP Transfer of the delay. Our service management team will track your flight status. If the delay involves more than a 30-minute wait time, the client must pay the applicable cost (the amount will be determined by the rates in force at that time). Customers must let us know if their flight is delayed, otherwise, after the 30-minute complementary wait time, we will consider the service completed and leave, and no refund will be possible.
